We are a small, family-owned memory care facility in Damascus with a maximum capacity of 15 residents. We take pride in providing personalized, compassionate care in a close-knit environment where our residents and staff feel like family.
We are currently looking for an additional team member who is available to work Sundays. Sundays have been our most challenging day to staff, and we are hoping to find someone dependable who can become a consistent part of our team.
We are especially interested in someone with a flexible skill set. Our ideal candidate would be comfortable working in multiple areas of the facility, including:
Caregiving – assisting residents with daily activities and providing compassionate, hands-on care
Medication Technician – assisting with medications and related responsibilities, as permitted by training and certification
Kitchen/Dining – preparing meals, assisting with kitchen duties, and supporting residents during mealtimes
Having someone who can step into different roles is incredibly valuable to our small team, particularly when we need coverage for vacations, sick days, or other unexpected staffing needs.
The ideal candidate is:
Dependable and punctual
Compassionate and patient
Comfortable working with seniors, particularly those living with memory loss
Willing to learn and assist wherever needed
Flexible and able to adapt to different responsibilities
Looking for a consistent Sunday position with the potential for additional hours or coverage as needed
