**Replacing Rotted Joists — We Fix the Floor From Underneath, the Right Way**
Rotted joists are one of the worst problems a house can have — and one of the most hidden. You might feel a soft spot in the floor, hear it creak, or see it sag. But underneath, the wood that holds your whole floor up could be rotting away from water, leaks, termites, or years of moisture in the crawlspace.
We don't cover it up. We replace it.
**What we do:**
First, we find every rotted joist, beam, and piece of bad subfloor — in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, bedrooms, and anywhere else the floor is weak. We check the crawlspace underneath too, so nothing bad gets left behind.
Then we remove the rotted joists and put in new, solid ones, set level and strong, with proper support underneath. We replace bad beams, blocking, and subfloor along with them, so the whole floor system is sound again — not just one board.
We also fix what caused the rot when we can — like a leak, bad drainage, or moisture under the house — so it doesn't come right back.
**Cabinets, plumbing, and flooring — handled too:**
If the rotted joists are under your kitchen or bathroom cabinets, we remove and reset the cabinets so they sit level on a good floor. We handle the plumbing that goes with it — sinks, toilets, tubs, and laundry hookups — disconnecting and reconnecting it the right way.
In the laundry room, we reset your washer and dryer after the floor is fixed, level and hooked up and ready to use.
**All flooring provided. All materials provided.**
We bring the flooring and all the materials for the job — joists, beams, subfloor, and everything needed to do it right. You don't have to buy anything or figure out what kind of wood you need.
**Quality work. We are in and out.**
We do the work right, with solid wood and proper support, and we get in and get out — so your home isn't torn up for weeks.
If your floor feels soft, sags, bounces, or slopes, don't wait for it to get worse. A rotted joist only gets weaker over time.
