We are a B2B outbound sales company. This role is primarily cold calling. You call on behalf of our clients to set appointments, booking qualified sales calls on their calendars. We also feed you hot leads from our email campaigns and website visitors to call alongside your cold calls. You choose your calling blocks during business hours.
WHAT YOU DO
Cold call the companies and job titles each client sells to (most of your day)
Call the hot leads we send you from email campaigns and website visitors
Qualify decision makers
Book qualified sales calls on the client's calendar with notes
Log every call in the CRM
PAY
Base pay per client
You earn $500 a month for every 2,000 dials a client buys. The more clients you work, the more base you earn.
Meeting bonus
You earn $25 for every qualified meeting that is held.
Closed deal bonus
You earn $250 when a meeting you set for our own sales team turns into a closed deal. It is paid once the new client's second payment clears.
What that looks like on one 2,000 dial client

POTENTIAL EARNINGS
Your income grows with every client you take on. At about 8 held meetings per client each month, here is what you can earn.
3 clients pays about $2,100 a month
5 clients pays about $3,500 a month
8 clients pays about $5,600 a month
Closed deal bonuses are paid on top.
PAY SCHEDULE
Base pay and meeting bonuses are paid on the 1st and 16th of every month for the previous half month. Closed deal bonuses are paid on the next payday after the new client's second payment clears.
