About the Position
Oasis Hibachi Haus is a growing mobile catering business serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We are seeking a mature, dependable, professional Catering Event Assistant for an upcoming event.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist with loading prepared food, beverages, and catering equipment into vehicles.
* Safely unload and transport catering supplies into the event facility.
* Assist with setting up buffet tables, food warmers, beverages, and serving equipment.
* Ensure all food and equipment are arranged neatly and professionally.
This position does NOT require cooking, food preparation, serving guests, or staying throughout the event. Your responsibility ends once the buffet setup is complete.
Requirements
* Valid Texas Food Handler Certificate.
* Previous catering, food service, or hospitality experience.
* Must speak and understand English sufficiently to communicate and follow instructions.
* Reliable transportation.
* Must be punctual, dependable, and professional.
* Physically capable of safely carrying catering equipment, food trays, drinks, and supplies.
* Must be organized, efficient, and able to follow instructions.
We especially welcome experienced, mature professionals who take pride in their work.
Compensation
$50 guaranteed flat rate for the assignment (approximately 1–2 hours).
Payment will be made via Cash App or Venmo immediately after the buffet setup is completed.
Please ensure commuting from your location to McKinney and/or Richardson is reasonable before applying.

Depending on your reliability, professionalism, and performance during this first assignment, you may be considered for ongoing catering opportunities and a permanent position with Oasis Hibachi Haus as our business expands.
