I’m looking for an experienced residential HVAC service technician who can actually diagnose systems independently — not someone who just throws parts at problems.
💰 $30–$38+ HR depending on experience
🚚 MONTHLY VEHICLE ALLOWANCE for using your own reliable truck
⛽ Mileage/fuel reimbursement for company calls
💵 Overtime + performance/repair bonuses
📍 Mostly Cypress / Tomball / Katy / NW Houston
🏠 Residential + some light commercial
🔧 Must have your own basic tools
📜 EPA certification required
🚗 Reliable vehicle + clean driving record required
You need to be comfortable troubleshooting:
• AC & heat pumps
• Gas furnaces
• Air handlers
• Mini-splits
• Electrical/controls
• Refrigerant issues
• Airflow/static pressure
• Motors, capacitors, contactors, compressors, etc.
I’m the owner, and you’ll work directly with me. You’re not going to be treated like a number.
I’m looking for someone dependable, honest, professional and capable of handling a service call without someone standing over your shoulder.
