Do you love talking to people and food?
Pasta Sisters Catering is seeking an energetic, personable Sales Development Rep to help us spread the word about our corporate catering program. This is a short-term, high-impact role: you'll be the friendly voice introducing local businesses to what makes Pasta Sisters a go-to for office lunches, holiday parties, and corporate events.
What You'll Do:
-Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients (offices, studios, event planners, and more) across the Los Angeles area and beyond
-Introduce Pasta Sisters Catering: our menu, story, and what sets us apart from the competition
-Pitch current promotions and giveaway campaigns
-Build genuine rapport and spark interest in booking catering services
-Track call outcomes and pass along warm leads to our sales team
What We're Looking For:
-A warm, upbeat, natural conversationalist: you make people smile, even over the phone
-A clear, pleasant speaking voice and strong listening skills
-Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection with grace
-Reliable and available weekday mornings
-Self-motivated with strong organizational habits (call logs, notes, follow-ups)
-Prior sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you.
Details:
-Independent contractor position (W9 required)
-Part-time, temporary: 4 days/week, 5 hours/day, mornings, for 2–3 weeks
-Work on-site at our Culver City HQ
-Full training, call scripts, and lead lists provided. No experience with our systems needed
