Hello! My name is Ray and I am looking for a possible apprenticeship or job as a prep cook. I am looking to switch job paths and wanted to return to culinary arts after many years away from a kitchen. I have some basic food prep experience but would welcome the chance to learn in a professional kitchen with chefs who are willing to impart their training and knowledge onto someone who wants to learn a craft and become the best I can at it.
