Please be aware that this is not a cheap consumer grade equipment bag to buy as a bargain or for convenience out of curiosity. This is an expensive professional level case for someone that takes their photography seriously. This case represents a real investment, and is one of the best and largest you will find. Ape Cases are known for the quality of their materials, rugged construction, and attention to detail.
While the Ape Case company has none of these in stock right now, the original cost was $255, and this one has seen very little use. It is simply more than I need, and it would be ideal if this case could go to someone that will make good use of it.
This bag weighs nearly seven pounds by itself empty, so the weight when filled will be well on the heavy side, which is worth considering before buying a bag like this.
The overall outside measurements are approximately 20" high, 16" wide, and about 11" deep. This bag can easily hold two professional DSLR bodies, a dozen or so lenses, a laptop computer, plenty of memory cards, spare batteries and chargers, and while the lens compartment is removeable, it is recommended to leave it in place as it is a tight fit. This bag is generously made with high quality dense foam, and the padded dividers are removeable, making it easy to customize the interior. As shown in the pictures, there is also a built-in rain cover.
