ServiceMaster Restore by ELE is a veteran-owned, locally operated restoration company serving Anne Arundel County. We handle water, fire, mold, storm, and specialty cleaning, and we're growing fast. I'm building our sales team and looking for driven, self-motivated, personable people who want to earn what they're worth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, and realtors
- Become their first call when property damage happens
- Network, visit offices, attend events, and follow up consistently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Adjuster, insurance agent, or property management background (strongly preferred)
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
- Outgoing, confident, and easy to talk to
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Sales experience is a plus, not a must. We'll train you on restoration.
- Able to learn and utilize a comprehensive CRM software program
- Comfortable with the "Trust but Verify" principle of selling
- Ability to accel in a fast faced environment
PAY
- Guaranteed $700/week minimum for your first 60 days
- Uncapped commission on every job you bring in
- Performance bonuses
- Flexible schedule and room to grow
- Top performers earn $70,000-$120,000+ per year
