My Experience:
I have worked as a learning specialist and special education teacher at schools serving students with autism and learning disabilities, using multi-sensory instruction and a relationship-based approach.
I bring a patient, calm, and structured approach to tutoring. I work with students to figure out how they learn best, break challenging material into manageable pieces, and develop strategies they can use independently.
I’m particularly interested in working with middle school students who struggle in a traditional classroom environment or who benefit from individualized instruction and additional academic support.
