Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources team supporting plant operations, hiring managers, and new hire onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000

What's the Job?

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical positions, including Production Operators, Process Operators, and Maintenance Technicians.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, and plant leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate all logistics for the company's bi-weekly two-day new hire orientation program.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain candidate records, and assist with Talent Acquisition and HR projects.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
