Ruby Nest Ram, a property preservation company, has been in business for many years. We seek reliable contractors to perform securing, inspections, property preservation, and REO work in the Dayon and sorroundingarea and surrounding regions. Requirements:
For all work, you must supply your vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, and a smartphone with Wi-Fi. You must know what is required for preservation work, such as taking photographs of the property before, during, and after the job is completed. We require a background check and request that all contractors use the mobile apps. We encourage you to carry general liability insurance and errors and omissions insurance. Workers' Compensation insurance is required if you have employees, or provide a letter of exemption.
We will set up a shared messaging platform for you to ask us questions. We are providing immediate work within an 80-mile radius of your location. Must know that you need to take photos in a specific sequence: 15 to 20 photos before the job begins, 20 to 30 photos while doing the job, and 15 to 20 after the job is completed. We will also help guide and train you on which photos to take and how to take them for the first few jobs. If you know of preservation, you can take proper photos of the property, with over 200 images, and allow us to generate bids to work on. Please apply immediately.
