All HVAC heat-exchanger units are still in their original boxes. They came from HVAC/plumbing distributor inventory after the business changed ownership. They have been stored for approximately one year and have not been tested by me. Boxes may show storage wear. Equipment is sold as-is, with no seller warranty. Buyers should inspect each item and verify the model and compatibility with a licensed HVAC contractor before purchasing or installing.
