I believe these are OEM. They were on my truck when it was bought and they have the Ram logo on them. You will need to buy hardware (brackets and bolts) in order to mount them to your truck. (Unless you want to use the 20 year old rusty brackets and bolts; which I wouldn't recommend.) Please make sure these fit your truck before you buy. THESE ARE OFF OF A 2005 QUAD CAB. Please call.
