I am a mature woman in my 40s relocating from South Florida to New York in November. I am seeking a clean, safe, quiet, and affordable room or studio for short or long term rental.

I am employed, responsible, respectful, and very private. I enjoy a peaceful environment, do not party, and mostly keep to myself.

I have one quiet, well behaved cat. My fiancé, who is in his 50s, will be joining me once he finds employment in New York. He is also quiet, respectful, and keeps to himself.

I am looking for a place that is pet friendly and allows couples, even though I will initially be moving in alone.

I am open to Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and surrounding areas with convenient public transportation.

I am hoping to find a reasonably priced rental with a landlord who appreciates mature, responsible, and considerate tenants.
