• Perched at 7,500 feet right on the edge of the Santa Fe National Forest, this is an exceptional sanctuary for a remote worker, artist, writer, or mountain enthusiast who thrives in a quiet, high-altitude alpine environment and is seeking an inspiring mountain retreat.

Accommodations & Amenities Included:
• Private Residence: 2-bedroom apartment, 1-bath, private with yard, located directly on the property.
• Utilities Paid: All essential utilities fully covered (heating, electricity, water).
• High-Speed Connectivity: Equipped with Starlink Wi-Fi—ideal for remote work, streaming, and staying connected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Property Care & Presence: Maintain an active living presence on-site to monitor and secure the grounds, outbuildings, and facilities through winter weather.
• Canine Care: Provide daily care, affection, and routine feeding for two friendly ranch dogs.
• Spring Irrigation: Manage light water switching and basic irrigation management when spring flows begin in late April/early May.
• General Vigilance: Keep an eye out for frozen pipes, heavy snow accumulation, or general winter property needs.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications:
• Experience Desired: Prior experience with property caretaking, ranch living, or rural land stewardship preferred.
• Reliable Winter Transportation: A 4WD or AWD to navigate mountain snow and high-elevation roads.
• Self-Sufficient & Comfortable with Solitude: Comfortable living in a remote high-country environment.
