Hello. I am trying to rehome a 1.5 yr old Tortie named Twix. I live in a small MH park near Corvallis and management changed their rules on cats being allowed outside. I have cat-proofed my backyard as imaginably as possible, which my other 2 cats have accepted and don't challenge.
But not Twixie. I know cats intimately, how they think and behave, having had 50 yrs+ experience. She is very intelligent, creative, and driven to do continuous trials of upmanship to my creative efforts. She has fallen in love with the treasures of Nature, as I live in a country setting. She's become an avid hunter of the critters, to my dismay. Despite my efforts, she is forced to stay inside more and more especially with rain, rain, rain coming at us soon. Therefore, for her happiness and needs, I need to find a country home where she can be outside and inside as she desires, and far from roads.
Twix gets along with the other cats and dog, is non-destructive inside, quite vocal, affectionate, and litter box trained. She is young, healthy, spayed, vaccinated, and on Revolt monthly, to ward off fleas, mites etc.
There will be no rehoming fee to place her. If you have the environment to provide for her needs, please email via CL to inquire by phone. I'm a Senior and uploading photos is not in my skill set. Besides, meeting a pet in person is the best approach to make a good decision.
