Is it in an hoa or poa?... No it is gated
No water...but there is a local well where you can haul from. I would fill up a couple of totes from home and transfer it to a larger one.
You are 15min from Heron Lake for $5 you can empty the porta potty I use on a trailer, throw your trash and take a shower.
I use a popup dressing tent over the porta potty for now.
How far to a town?... 10min from a little hardware, fishing, food, beer store and 25min from Chama, NM
No electric... I Used 150W solar that worked fine
No septic... but you can get an occasional use septic permit that is used for a vacation property saves $$, or a large one for full time
Use situation... like in that area? Some peeps live year around like my neighbor that watches my place when I'm not there, I have never had stuff stolen I used to leave a gas can or some stuff laying out just see if it would walk off ya know.
What's the cabin constructed of?... 2X4 with a metal roof sealed good no animals get in.
