This Reformer has been used less than 10 times. It is all one piece cast metal which makes it extremely durable and quiet. Google Allegro 2 by Balanced Body for all the great features. This reformer has both half and whole Spring resistance to fine tune your routine. It also has the 8" leg addition to get you higher off the floor ( these legs can be removed ) Go to YouTube for feature demos and many routines.
