Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $24.00–$30.00/hour DOE
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Worker / Bin Driver to join our team in Concord.
This is primarily a hands-on yard position, with driving duties as needed throughout the week. You will help keep a busy construction yard organized, stage materials for crews, handle deliveries and pickups, and perform bin/dump runs.
A valid Class B driver’s license is REQUIRED for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Organize, clean, and maintain the material yard
- Load, unload, stack, and move lumber and construction materials
- Stage and prepare materials for installation crews
- Drive company trucks for bin runs, dump runs, deliveries, and pickups
- Assist with debris and material disposal
- Operate yard equipment as trained and authorized
- Keep trucks, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
- Help with general yard duties as needed
- Keep crews supplied and the yard operating efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid Class B driver’s license – REQUIRED
- Acceptable driving record
- Experience driving commercial/work trucks
- Able to perform physical outdoor work and lift construction materials
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Able to work independently and stay productive
- Construction, lumber yard, fencing, delivery, or similar experience is a plus
- Good attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Pay:
$24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
This is a full-time, year-round position with steady Monday–Friday work.
