***Who We're Looking For
We are not looking for someone who simply wants an office management position.
We want someone who understands residential electrical work, enjoys solving problems, can lead by example, and is comfortable being involved in both field operations and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is currently a strong lead electrician, foreman, or field supervisor who is ready for more responsibility.
You should be someone who takes ownership, stays organized, anticipates problems, and genuinely cares about the success of the entire team.
You don't need to have managed a large company before. We're looking for the right combination of technical skills, leadership ability, initiative, and willingness to grow.
Career Growth Opportunity
This position offers the opportunity to develop into a full Electrical Operations Manager as the business expands.
Initially, the role will combine hands-on field supervision with project coordination and administrative responsibilities.
As we grow, the successful candidate will take increasing ownership of daily operations, crew management, and project delivery.
We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career and growing alongside the company.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
