New Research Study for Healthy Adults Who Are Overweight (walnut creek)

Are you overweight and looking to prevent future health complications? You may be eligible for a research study evaluating a once-daily oral investigational medication.

You may qualify if you:
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are overweight (not obese)
• Are otherwise healthy, without a diagnosis of diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol
• Have at least one early risk factor, such as borderline blood sugar, blood pressure, or cholesterol levels
• Have tried to lose weight through diet and exercise in the past without lasting success

As a participant, you may receive:
• Compensation $25 for time
• Study-related medical exams and care at no cost
• Transportation may be available
