The Carpenter/ Woodworker of any age and any gender will be responsible for:
• Safely fabricating various high quality large and small wooden elements following detailed plans
for 100 different products of various sizes - so you'll never be bored!
• Verifying dimensions, and checking the quality and fit of pieces in order to ensure adherence to
specifications and highest quality and craftsmanship
• Performing all assigned tasks without constant supervision
• Constantly seeking to improve skills so you can work at peak efficiency without compromising
quality
• Providing feedback and ideas for refining production techniques and product details so everyone
else can benefit
• Being a good team player
• Maintaining your workspace in a clean and organized manner
• Adhering to all safety rules and procedures at all times
Oualifications/Requirements
• familiarity with woodworking hand and power tools and equipment a must (all are provided, but
you can bring your own)
• ability to read and follow detailed specifications
• able to lift 40 lbs
• must have reliable transportation to work (car, bus, bike...). You'll be an integral part of the team,
so we'll be counting on you!
• good work ethic
• positive attitude is a must :)
