Los Angeles / Long Beach Ports:
We are a growing trucking company looking for experienced Company Drivers to join our team.
-Day Shift and Night Shift Positions Available
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Valid Class A CDL
-Valid TWIC Card
-Minimum 2 years of verifiable Port Drayage experience
-Familiar with the Ports of Los Angeles & Long Beach operations
-Experience with container pickup/delivery, empty returns, and port appointments
-Clean driving record (MVR)
-Ability to pass DOT drug screening and comply with DOT regulations
We Offer
-Day drivers $29.50 + incentives
-Night Driver $31.00 + incentives
-We off Medical, dental, vision after 60 days of employment.
-After 90 days of employment, 6 paid holidays, 401k and 48 hours of sick pay. Vacation will start to accrue after one year.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER INCENTIVES
-Productivity Incentive: Additional $25 per qualifying move after the 5th move.
-Open Top / Overweight / Over-height: Additional $20 per qualifying move (not permit move)
-Flatbed Delivery or Damaged Container: Additional $35 per qualifying move.
-Lowboy / Step Deck: Additional $50 per qualifying oversized or overweight container move requiring permits.
-Cargo Securing: Additional $35 for cargo strapping and chain-down work.
-Hazmat Move: Additional $25 per qualifying move.
-Weekend Work (Saturday or Sunday): Additional $25 per container.
-Early Morning Delivery: Additional $25 for deliveries requiring a 7:00 AM sharp appointment at the customer's warehouse.
