Seeking subcontractor for household driving + crew leader. This is a commission based manual labor experience for a dedicated carrier. I contract for the primary United Vanlines franchise here in Columbus and I intend to delegate + expand my crew. Field experience is highly encouraged, but a can-do attitude and going the extra mile are just as important. This is part to full time crew leadership work while executing paperwork, driving a 26 foot box truck, and loading and unloading furniture. Packing, inventory, customer service, problem solving, and knowledge of the system and orders all go into it.
