Responsibilities
Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of customer service.
Lead by example in promoting products, conducting product demos, and engaging customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries, handling sales objections, and providing personalized support in person.
Collect data on sales trends, customer feedback, and promotional effectiveness to inform strategic decisions.
Train and motivate team members in retail store product knowledge, customer service, and technical proficiency.
Clean, maintain and stock all aspects of store and store operations during shift.
Receive deliveries when needed.
Reliability and open availability preferred, and reliable transportation is a must.
Experience
Previous food service experience or retail background preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader community effectively.
Proven success in customer service roles.
Familiarity with retail store product knowledge, sales techniques, and handling customer issues professionally.
Ohio Person-In-Charge food handling certificate preferred but not required.
