We are a well-established Real Estate Company looking for a dedicated, dependable cleaner to help maintain our shared spaces. We take pride in offering a clean, welcoming environment for our residents.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Cleaning and sanitizing common areas.
• Vacuuming hallways, mopping hard floors, and wiping down entry glass/doors.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or property damage observed during your shift.
What We Are Looking For:
• Proven experience in commercial, or multi-family residential cleaning.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic.
• Reliability and punctuality (must show up on time for scheduled shifts).
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment (adjust if you provide supplies).
