Wisniewski Painting LLC is looking for a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our team.

We are looking for someone who already has solid maintenance and repair experience. Starting pay is $18/hour while we evaluate your experience, quality of work, reliability, and what you can handle independently. There is room to grow for the right person.
š ļø YOU MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH:
ā¢ Apartment turns / getting units move-in ready
ā¢ General maintenance & repairs
ā¢ Front and back door installation
ā¢ Door jamb/frame repair and replacement
ā¢ Drywall repair & patching
ā¢ Concrete patching and repairing holes/damaged areas
ā¢ Basic plumbing repairs
ā¢ Toilets, faucets, drains & minor leaks
ā¢ Light fixtures, switches, outlets & basic electrical troubleshooting
ā¢ Bathroom and kitchen repairs
ā¢ Trim, baseboards, caulking & finishing work
ā¢ Hardware, locks, knobs & miscellaneous repairs
ā¢ Identifying problems during apartment turns and getting them corrected
ā¢ Making sure units are SAFE, CLEAN, FUNCTIONAL and ready for the next tenant
šØ We need someone who can walk into an apartment, see what needs done, and KNOW HOW TO FIX IT.
Requirements:

ā Dependable and able to show up when scheduled
ā Able to work independently
ā Attention to detail
ā Must take pride in your work
ā Apartment maintenance/turn experience strongly preferred
We are starting this position part-time, but we have steady work and there is definitely potential for full-time hours for the right person.
We aren't expecting you to know absolutely everything... but we DO need someone with real maintenance experience who can troubleshoot, problem-solve, and complete quality work without needing someone to hold their hand through every job.
