✔️ Caulk and Seal: every joint, penetration, and gap around the house
✔️ Roof Spot Repairs: missing shingles, flashing, pipe boots (not full re-roofs; we'll tell you if it needs one)
✔️ Outdoor Faucet Covers, Dryer Vents, Crawl-Space Vents
✔️ Deck Board and Stair Repairs

✔️ Attic Insulation: blown-in to R-49, baffles and ventilation done right
✔️ Air Sealing: can lights, top plates, wire and pipe penetrations, chimney chases
✔️ Spray Foam: rim joists, crawl spaces, foundation walls, odd cavities nothing else fits
✔️ Rim Joist and Basement: foam board and sealed, the number-one draft source in Ohio basements
✔️ Insulated Attic Hatch Covers and garage ceiling batts under bedrooms
✔️ Window Film Kits: shrink-fit plastic on the old windows you're not replacing yet
✔️ Pipe Wrap on water lines near exterior walls
