I charge enough to give myself a decent living and thats all. I hate greed!!! Whatever the issue is I will give you options on how you want to proceed. I allways try to repair or rebuild before replacement.
Water heater repair and replace, all types of faucet repair,drain and water line repair,tub & shower valve repair or replace. Toilets repair,rebuild and replace.kitchen faucet install,repair or replace. Sewer,downspout drains, water lines, hose- bibbs,froststproof hose bibbs repair and replace or add new hose bibb. Sump pump replacement or install.
All work will be done with no shortcuts(I allways perform repairs or installs strictly adhering to all state and local plumbing codes.
I'm no spring chicken (60 yrs old) . So I've pretty much have dealt with every issue known to the plumbing industry. I try to limit my services to Service and repair and drain cleaning. But I will take on the occasional new construction or remodel.
