L&J Construction Services, LLC is looking for construction subcontractors and crews for a large new-construction apartment project in the Columbus, Ohio area.
You do NOT have to be an appliance installation company.
If you have experience in remodeling, finish carpentry, cabinet installation, handyman work, apartment turns, property maintenance, punch-list work, or similar construction, we would like to hear from you.
The project consists of installing appliances throughout a new apartment complex and is expected to provide approximately six months of consistent work.
INSTALLATIONS MAY INCLUDE:
• Refrigerators
• Ranges/Ovens
• Microwaves
• Dishwashers
• Other related appliance installation
We are looking for a dependable crew capable of handling approximately 10 apartment units per week.
This is repetitive new-construction installation work, making it a good opportunity for an established construction crew looking to add steady, predictable work for approximately six months.
WE WANT TO HEAR FROM:

• Handyman / property maintenance companies
• Finish carpenters
• Cabinet & kitchen installers
• Apartment turn crews
• Punch-list crews
• Multi-trade construction crews
• Experienced appliance installers
• Other contractors with relevant installation experience
Some portions of the project may require a licensed electrician and/or plumber. Those requirements are still being finalized and will be confirmed before the project begins.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Own tools and transportation
• Reliable crew and communication
• Ability to maintain production schedule
• W-9 / subcontractor documentation
• Background checks may be required
• Insurance/licensing as required for assigned scope
