A basement is the one remodel the weather can't touch.
Our crew is downstairs framing, hanging drywall, and laying floor while everyone else is raking leaves. We've got spots open right now and we're taking on new basement jobs immediately. Call this week, we walk it, you get one number, and we get started.
One Company to Take You from Demo Day to Move-In Day.
📋 What a Mills Basement Includes
✔️ Framing and insulation, moisture-checked before a single wall goes up
✔️ Drywall hung and finished by our own crew (not subbed out)
✔️ Ceilings: drywall, drop ceiling, or exposed-and-painted
✔️ Luxury vinyl plank or carpet, with proper subfloor prep
✔️ Bathrooms, wet bars, laundry rooms, home offices, home gyms
✔️ Egress windows and code-compliant bedrooms
✔️ Electrical and plumbing coordination, permits handled
✔️ Paint, trim, doors, and final clean
💡 The Mills Advantage
One Point of Contact: You always know who's running your job and what happens tomorrow.
A Concrete Bid: One number before we start. No surprises halfway down the stairs.
Progress Photos: Sent as we go, so you don't have to come down and check.
