Enjoy parties, meeting people, and helping guests have a great time? 360 Videos is looking for a reliable, outgoing operator for our traveling 360-degree photo booth.
We are a veteran-owned business based in the Inland Empire, California, serving events throughout Southern California.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Bring positive energy to parties, celebrations, festivals, and other exciting SoCal events. Help guests enjoy the booth, capture their experience, and share their videos.
DUTIES
Pick up company equipment and travel to the event.
Set up the booth and maintain a safe operating area.
Welcome guests, explain the experience, and encourage paid video purchases.
Operate the booth and company point-of-sale system.
Help customers receive and share their videos.
Break down, pack, and securely transport equipment.
Return equipment the next day unless a multi-day event is arranged.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable, punctual, friendly, and comfortable with crowds.
Comfortable promoting sales and helping customers.
Available for regular assignments throughout the week, including evenings and weekends.
Able to safely lift, carry, and handle equipment weighing at least 80 pounds.
Able to safely load, unload, and set up equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Smartphone with reliable data service for event communication.
Able to follow setup instructions and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Willing to learn basic video and payment technology.
Professional appearance and respectful customer service.
Responsible care of company equipment, with prompt reporting of damage or problems.
Event, customer service, or sales experience is helpful. Training is provided during your first week.
SCREENING & SAFETY
Background check and drug screening required.
420 friendly: cannabis use outside work is permitted and does not by itself disqualify an applicant.
Operators must be sober and free from impairment during equipment pickup, driving, setup, event operation, breakdown, and equipment return.
CONTRACTOR STATUS & TRANSPORTATION
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based pay.
Reliable transportation is required. A van, SUV, station wagon, or pickup truck is preferred, with enough cargo space to safely carry the 360 booth and all event equipment. Equipment must be secured and protected from weather during transport.
Operators must provide proof of current vehicle insurance and valid vehicle registration before accepting an event assignment.
PERFORMANCE-BASED PAY
Company equipment and point-of-sale tools are provided.
Earn $500 for every completed milestone of 250 paid videos. After reaching a milestone, earn $1 for each additional paid video until the next milestone. When you reach that next milestone, the interim earnings for that block are replaced by its $500 milestone payment.
Examples of total earnings:
250 paid videos: $500
300 paid videos: $550
500 paid videos: $1,000
750 paid videos: $1,500
1,000 paid videos: $2,000
A paid video is purchased through the company’s point-of-sale system and delivered to the customer.
Payments are released on Monday mornings. Earnings depend on paid video sales; these examples are not guaranteed weekly earnings.
SCHEDULE
We are seeking an operator available for regular event assignments throughout the week, including evenings and weekends, across Southern California. Assignments depend on event bookings, and you may accept bookings based on your availability.
