We’re an independently run Italian pizzeria in Collingswood known for quality food and a tight-knit kitchen crew. We’re looking for a skilled, dependable all-around cook who can slide between stations wherever the shift needs them: making pizza, cooking dinners and sandwiches on the line, prepping, and washing dishes. This isn’t an entry-level position. We need someone who knows their way around a kitchen and can move quickly under pressure.
Schedule:
Full time, 5 days a week
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
We run lean, so flexibility is the job. One hour you might be on the pizza oven, the next you’re on the line, then catching up on prep or dish. If you’ve got good hands, solid timing, and pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 years of experience in a busy kitchen (pizza experience a big plus)
Comfortable cooking dinners, sandwiches, and pizza
Willing to jump on prep and dish without being asked
Knows how to prep: dough trays, chopped toppings, sauces, clean station
Handles the pace during rushes without getting overwhelmed
Speaks English comfortably and can help on the register if needed
Shows up on time, ready to work, and pulls their weight on the team
Can provide at least one reference from a recent job or manager

Somos una pizzería italiana independiente en Collingswood, reconocida por la buena comida y un equipo de cocina unido. Candidato Ideal:
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en una cocina concurrida (experiencia con pizza es una gran ventaja)
Se siente cómodo cocinando platos principales, sándwiches y pizza
Dispuesto a ayudar con la preparación y el lavado de platos sin que se lo pidan
Sabe preparar: bandejas de masa, ingredientes picados, salsas, estación limpia
Puede manejar el ritmo durante las horas pico sin abrumarse
Habla inglés con comodidad y puede ayudar en la caja si es necesario
Llega a tiempo, listo para trabajar, y cumple con su parte en el equipo
Puede proporcionar al menos una referencia de un trabajo o gerente reciente
