A nice, usable yard always begins with a solid, well thought out plan. A proper plan incorporates the correct plants in regard to particular conditions such as sun or shade, size constraints, screening undesirable views, and more.
With a B.S. degree in Landscape Design, and more than thirty years of experience of producing landscape plans we know what works in this area. If you have been dreaming of that outdoor living space, need to hide an ugly view, or just improve your property's curb appeal, get in touch with us. We can help you with your landscaping needs. Our landscape planning service includes a site visit and consultation which typically takes an hour and costs $175.00. We assess your property and determine what you want to accomplish, identify any potential problems that may exist, and develop a plan to accomplish your goals while solving any problems.
The design/planning fees start at $600.00 which include one set of revisions. We also offer 3-D rendering which allows you to visualize what your property will look like as it matures. The pics in this post are some examples of our past projects that show plan and 3-D views, as well as some examples of completed work. Once the plan is completed and approved by you, all material quantities are calculated and we present you with the plan and a quote to build your project per the plan. You own the plan. If you choose to have us implement the plan, the design fee is applied to the cost of the project. In essence, if we build your project, the landscape plan is free.
Design fees vary due to the size, scope, and complexity of the project. There is not a set price. Historically, our design fees have ranged from $700.00 to $8000.00.
