I'm asking $600 for rent which includes everything including wifi, which I've already added the PG&E onto the monthly rent and $300 for the deposit, which will be returned to you if of course the room is left undamaged, I'll take into account any previous damages as well any additional little damages that were thamnfin the unknown future then minus accordingly from the $500. The apartments are named the Harmony, it has a pool and always ready for swimming especially in the summertime. Neighbors keep to themselves for the most part, I'd prefer to rent out to a college student male or female it doesn't matter though. As long as your employed or have a way to pay the ONE-TIME refundable deposit as well as the rent every month, I don't care student or employed person, male or female makes no difference.
Personally, I cook a lot and this kitchen is TINY but if you like to cook or ever need the kitchen we can always figure out a space in the fridge for you to put your food, drinks or anything else as well as figure out a time so we won't bother each other in the limited space. It's me my name is Alma and I have a son that stays in the room across from yours,it'll be the 3 of us sharing the bathroom, we are very clean people and we like to be considerate always of others as we have work or school to fit into our schedules so we are good not to be in there more than 20 minutes at a time for anything. Whatever time to get ready but just be aware of others please because we will be, always.
The rooms have carpet just so your aware. We try not to run up the cooling and heating bill so in the summertime, it will be 78ish inside all summer (unless we talk and come to an understanding.)but other than the ceiling fan in your room , be sure to bring a fan with you. Winter we just snuggle under blankets but I occasionally turn the heater on maybe once or twice a day. Your room (12ft X 12ft) is the biggest with the only walk in closet (6ft X 5ft 1/2) in the house.
Rules: No loud music, keep it mid volume. But silent after 9PM please. I get up got work at 4am. No smoking inside unless it is somehow Okayed(weed definitely not inside, tobacco is a maybe but that's something we would discuss.)This is a room that you are renting is for you only, you can have a friend or 2 over just no over nights and if you have drama in your life please by no means do you bring it here.
