I am a respectful, experienced hunter looking for private land access for the upcoming season. I know firsthand how much constant work goes into maintaining rural property, and I’m hoping to trade my time and sweat equity for the privilege of hunting your land.
I am hardworking, have my own tools, and am happy to take on the heavy lifting. I can help you with:
Fence and Gate Repair: Mending barbed wire, replacing posts, and fixing sagging gates.
Brush Clearing & Trail Maintenance: Chainsaw work, clearing overgrown access roads, and removing downed trees after storms.
Firewood Processing: Felling, bucking, splitting, and stacking wood for your winter supply.
Property Cleanup: Hauling away scrap, clearing old debris, and doing dump runs.
Outbuilding Maintenance: Painting, patching roofs, or general barn and shed repairs.
Equipment Upkeep: Basic maintenance and wrenching on tractors, ATVs, or mowers.
Predator/Pest Control: Helping manage coyote, feral hog, or groundhog populations (if desired).
Off-Season Monitoring: Keeping an eye out for trespassers, checking fences, or reporting storm damage when you aren't around.
My Promise to You:
Landowner respect is my top priority. I treat every property as if it were my own. I practice a strict leave-no-trace mentality, never leave a gate open, and follow all local game laws to the letter. I am strictly sober in the field and am absolutely willing to sign a liability waiver to give you complete peace of mind.
