Minimum Qualifications:
**Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment, preferably in truss or wood product fabrication.
**Familiarity with hand and power tools used in wood or metal fabrication.
**Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
**Previous experience specifically in truss production or carpentry.
**Certification in construction safety or equipment operation.
**Ability to operate computerized cutting or assembly machinery.
**Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
**Cut, assemble, and fasten wood or metal components to construct trusses according to precise measurements.
**Operate machinery and tools such as saws, nail guns, and presses safely and efficiently.
**Inspect finished trusses for structural integrity, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
**Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
**Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot production issues and improve workflow.
**Document production activities and report any defects or discrepancies to management.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
