I have 2 open rooms for anyone wanting to move to Cleburne or work in the surrounding area. It's also a great place for at home work as I have fiber optic internet. Also the house has a new washer/dryer and refrigerator. You would have access to all appliances. There will of course be a refundable deposit (500) required that will count towards your final month's rent so long as there is no damage to the bedroom or bathroom.
I am very easy going and pretty much ok with anything. (trust me I've had plenty of roommates over the last 15 years) The contract could last anywhere from 4-12 months, your decision, and I'd like to meet in person at least once before signing anything. I look forward to meeting any of you. The available date is ASAP as everything is all ready for a move-in. Best way to contact me would be via my phone number or email.
One of the bedrooms is furnished, the other is not. They are the same price.
