Hello, I am a clean, responsible, and quiet professional who recently accepted a job working for a local middle school here in San Francisco. While I am incredibly excited to start this new position and contribute to our community's schools, my recent period of unemployment has left me unhoused. I have been couch-surfing and am currently looking for a stable living situation as I transition into this role.Because I just started, I am currently unable to pay upfront rent or a traditional security deposit. However, my first official paycheck is scheduled for September 30th, at which point I will have a steady, reliable income and can begin paying regular rent.I am looking for a compassionate landlord, a kind housemate, or someone with a spare room who is open to a deferred-rent or short-term work-trade arrangement for the next few weeks until my pay begins.

Full proof of my employment contract and upcoming stable income.
A guarantee to begin paying regular rent immediately upon receiving my paycheck on September 30th.
Help around the house in the meantime, including deep cleaning, running errands, yard work, or general organization.
