📅 Lease Duration: Indefinitely with a right applicant or at will that can be terminated immediately
💲 Pricing and Terms: Need you to come trim the trees, thining the fruits (for you to sell in famrer markets). Picking up fallen damaged fruits for our farm animals to feast. Tree maintenance only needs to be done in winter; fruit thining only needs to be done when the trees are setting fruits, and fruit harvesting when fruits are ripening. Also need you to cover the cost of water, and leave us some of the fruits with our family members or friends. But you can take the rest. We are bee keepers, and we use organic decomposed maure to fertilze the frit tree. With that said, every tree on our backyard orchard is loaded. There are other type of fruit trees on site that we just can't show you the pictures.

We can also partner with the potential candidate for honey harvesting, starter plants sharing, starter fruit trees sharing, chicken, duck and goose eggs sharing, make your farmer market stnad diversified. We love to grow, just couldn't have enough time to tend these fruit trees. We have another farm near foothill that have goat, sheep, chickens, pigs, goat milk... etc. We will keep investing getting more varieties of food for our table, you just need to harvest and sell.

There is a $1,000 safety deposit upon signing.
Applicants must pass background check at your cost.
We will provide you a gate access to come in and out of our property. You must pay a deposit $50 for the remote control but we will return your deposit $40 once the lease is terminated.
There wll be a lease agreement signed even it's a practically free lease.
Again, we are very busy, that's why we don't have time to tend these fruit trees. But please do not waste our time.
