Schedule: Monday – Thursday (3-day weekend!)
Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role
We are looking for reliable Packaging Associates to join a fast-growing beverage contract packaging team in Clackamas. You’ll be working with popular ready-to-drink beverages (juices, energy drinks, teas, and carbonated sodas) in various aluminum can sizes.
As a Packaging Associate, you will transform product into finished, ready-to-ship goods through a manual process of unpacking, repacking, and sorting.
Key Responsibilities
Sort finished beverage cans on a fast-paced conveyor line.
Wrap and unwrap pallets of finished goods.
Rotate through various warehouse stations throughout your shift.
Perform routine housekeeping to keep your workstation and warehouse areas clean and safe.
What We’re Looking For
Environment: 6+ months experience in a fast-paced environment warehouse or manufacturing (food & beverage production line experience strongly preferred).
Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Standards: Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and basic manufacturing processes (safety, quality, inventory) is a plus.
Reliability: Strong track record of dependable attendance and positive team collaboration.
