A well-established, reputable roofing company in the Cincinnati area is seeking experienced specialty roofing subcontractors skilled in slate roofing, tile roofing, and box gutter repairs and replacements.
We have ongoing opportunities for specialty roofing projects throughout Greater Cincinnati and are looking for dependable, experienced subcontractors interested in consistent work and a long-term partnership.
We understand that specialty roofing requires a higher level of craftsmanship and experience. We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work and have proven experience working with these specialized roofing systems.
SPECIALTIES WE'RE SEEKING
1. Slate Roofing
Slate roof repairs and replacements
Individual slate replacement and restoration
Experience working on historic and older homes
Proper installation of copper flashings and related metalwork
2. Tile Roofing
Clay and concrete tile roof repairs and replacements
Individual tile replacement and restoration
Experience working with historic and specialty tile roofing systems
Proper flashing installation and waterproofing techniques
3. Box Gutters & Custom Metalwork
Box gutter repairs, restoration, and replacement
Copper and other metal-lined box gutter systems
Experience soldering copper and other metal flashings
Custom sheet metal fabrication and installation
SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in at least one of the specialties listed above
Ability to consistently produce high-quality workmanship
Own equipment, tools, and necessary transportation
Unbranded work vehicles
Valid driver's license
Active Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Automotive Insurance
Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
Ability to safely work on steep and complex roofing systems
