A well-established, reputable roofing company in the Cincinnati area is seeking experienced asphalt shingle roofing subcontractor crews who are skilled in roof installations.
We currently have dozens of projects available and ready to schedule and are looking for dependable, experienced crews interested in consistent work and a long-term partnership. Crews must have proven experience with quality roof installations.
CREW REQUIREMENTS
Experienced asphalt shingle replacement crew (ideally 5–8 members)
Ability to consistently produce high-quality workmanship
Experience soldering metal roof flashings
Own equipment, tools, and dump trailer
Unbranded work vehicles
Valid driver's license
Active Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Automotive Insurance
Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
