We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Local Account Representative to help maintain and monitor our local moving company accounts.
This is a completely remote contractor position designed to require approximately 30-45 minutes per day. About 95% of the account activity and administrative work is automated. We simply need a dependable person who can consistently log in, monitor the account, and make the necessary connections within our centralized platform.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a full-time job or other responsibilities and wants to earn an additional $300–$500 per month with minimal time commitment.
What You’ll Do:
- Log into and monitor our local accounts
- Input incoming leads and upcoming jobs to our centralized platform
- Complete occasional basic actions needed to keep the account active and in good standing
- Make sure automated processes are running as expected
- Communicate with one designated representative from our team if anything requires attention
95% of the work is automated. You will not be responsible for calling, texting, emailing, selling to, or communicating with customers, leads, moving crews, or other outside parties.
There are no in-person responsibilities and no physical labor required. Your only direct communication related to the role will be with one designated representative from our team.

Time Commitment & Compensation:
Approximately 30-45 minutes per day.
Compensation ranges from $300–$500 per month, depending on account responsibilities and activity. If you do have capacity to text crew members or customers, you'll end up on the higher end when necessary.
The position is remote, but because the account must be maintained within the specific markets where our moving company operates, applicants must be located in or around the designated local market.
