This is a spacious, bright fully furnished 2 room Suite with your own bedroom and living room that is partitioned by sliding doors. It has high ceilings, wood floor and huge bay windows. It includes a raised platform bed with storage (Queen), standing closet/dresser, cabinet, sofa, and TV. The first 7 photos reflect the your own space.
We share an updated fully stocked kitchen, bathroom (the bathroom is small and not fancy but does the trick) and washer and dryer. Reverse osmosis drinking water and keyless entry.
You would be sharing the flat with 2 other roommates and here is a little about us:
I own the flat and a small Pilates studio where I work M-Th. I am out of town at my boyfriend’s Thursday night thru Sunday morning. On my work days I am out of the house before 7 am, normally commute by bike, and come home for lunch and then back to work again til 8 pm.
My other roommate is from Brazil and is a kind creative soul that works at a museum just 2 blocks away. He works part-time and normally home until noon, but varies day to day. As a general rule he stays at his boyfriend’s house 2 days a week and his boyfriend pops by once a week.
The flat is located above a beer wine bar that is open 1/2 time until 10pm and 1/2 time until 12 pm sometimes a bit later if busy. There is chatter outside and music and is not for everyone.
We are looking for someone respectful and independent. Available September 1st.
$520monthly, 1/3 PGE bill, and $420 deposit. Internet, water and garbage included.
Available for 6 months potentially longer if it works out.
