Credible Home Inspections (CHI) is looking for dependable independent field inspectors in Cincinnati and Southwest Ohio, including Hamilton, Butler, Clermont and Warren counties.
CHI is a mortgage field services company based in Chagrin Falls, OH. We are not a buyer's home inspection company. We serve lenders, mortgage servicers and insurance companies across Ohio and Indiana.
Typical assignments:
- Occupancy checks
- Letter and door-card deliveries
- Vacant property inspections (interior and exterior)
- Insurance renewal surveys and loss/repair documentation
- Commercial site inspections confirming businesses are open and operating
What to expect:
- Straight 1099 independent contractor position
- Daily inspections in the Cincinnati area, dispatched through our mobile app
- Hard due dates that must be met on every assignment
- No license required; training provided
- Background check required (through Aspen Grove)
