Residential real estate company is looking for an experienced, reliable plumber for ongoing residential renovation and remodeling projects throughout Cincinnati.
Position: Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Start: Immediately
Responsibilities
• Rough-in and finish plumbing
• Install water supply lines (PEX/copper)
• Install PVC drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems
• Install toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, and water heaters
• Plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms, and multi-family conversions
• Troubleshoot and repair existing plumbing systems
Requirements
• Residential plumbing experience
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and proper installation practices
• Must have reliable transportation and basic plumbing tools
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Plumbing license preferred but not required for work legally permitted without one
