🥖 What You’ll Actually Be Doing
*No two shifts are identical. It varies day by day*
Welcoming customers at the register (no fake corporate scripts).
Slicing fresh bread and packaging up baked goods.
Prepping packaging for in-store sales, wholesale orders, and farmers markets.
Assisting with prep for our scratch-made baked goods.
Labeling/sorting wholesale and event orders so everything gets where it needs to go.
Pitching in on general shop upkeep—dishes, sweeping floors, taking out trash, and keeping the space functional.

Weekend availability is highly preferred (we are flexible with occasional pre-planned time-off requests!).
Being open to working at both locations increases your potential hours, but is not required.
Hyde Park Location:
Typical shift length: 6–7 hours.
Tuesday–Friday: Starts as early as 5:00 AM
Saturday & Sunday: Start times vary.
Bellevue Location:
Shift lengths: 4–7 hours.
Store Hours: Tuesday–Friday (7:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | Saturday & Sunday (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
Shifts can begin 30 minutes before store opening and wrap up about 30 minutes after closing .
âś… The Baseline Requirements
Must be 18+ years old.
Reliable personal transportation is required. (Public transit in our area hasn't been reliable in the past and have made many of our crew members VERY LATE—so please ensure you have solid transport to arrive on time).
Dependable, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced setting.

Base Pay: Starting at $13.00/hour + tips (adding an extra $3.00–$5.00/hour on average).
Payment: Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit (no cash or paper checks).
