Established kitchen and bath remodeling company is looking for a motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting with customers to discuss kitchen and bath remodeling needs
Designing kitchens and bathrooms based on customer needs and budget
Preparing estimates and proposals
Assisting customers with cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and finish selections
Managing projects from initial consultation through sale
Following up with leads and prospective customers
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred
Proficiency with 2020 Design software required
Kitchen & bath industry experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working directly with customers
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: Based on experience
